Refund policy

100-Night Comfort Guarantee: If you're not completely satisfied with your mattress, you may choose one comfort exchange or return it for a refund within 100 nights of delivery.

• Comfort Exchange: One exchange per purchase. We'll pick up your original mattress at no additional charge. If you select a higher-priced mattress, you'll simply pay the difference in price.
• Refund: Return your mattress within the 100-night trial for a refund, less a $99 pickup fee.

To qualify for either an exchange or refund, the mattress must be clean, undamaged, and free of stains or soiling, and it must have been used with a mattress protector and proper frame support from the date of delivery. Any stains, soiling, abuse, or damage will void eligibility.

Price-Beat Guarantee: Applies to verifiable advertised prices on mattresses of comparable specifications from authorized retailers.

Manufacturer's Warranty: All mattresses are backed by the manufacturer's warranty, with coverage of up to 10 years non-prorated, depending on the model.

Brand names are referenced solely to identify the manufacturer's private-label clientele. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
